Michael Woolnough, MBA, CA, is Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration of Freedom International Brokerage Company.

Michael joined Freedom in 1993 and manages Settlements, Accounting and Reporting, and Audits and Technology.

Prior to Freedom, Michael was European Vice President of a large North Atlantic shipping operation, a Director of Internal Audit for a Fortune 500 multinational corporation for Europe, Africa, the Far East, and Australasia, and a partner in a mid-size Ontario Chartered Accounting firm.

Michael facilitates for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and has served on the Boards of various Toronto charities.
